By accessing and using Cofogram's hackathon platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

To participate in hackathons or organize events on our platform, you must create an account and meet certain requirements:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to keep your profile information current and accurate
• You may not create multiple accounts or share accounts with others

When participating in hackathons on our platform:

• Provide accurate information about your hackathon, including dates, prizes, and requirements
• Follow our community guidelines and terms for organizers
• Honor all promised prizes and rewards to winners
• Communicate clearly with participants and respond to inquiries
• Handle participant data responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
• Establish clear, fair judging criteria and hackathon rules

To maintain a safe and fair environment, you agree not to:

• Cheat, plagiarize, or submit work that is not your own
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, participants, or organizers
• Spam the platform with unwanted messages or content
• Scrape or collect data without authorization
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Disrupt hackathon events or interfere with platform operations

The Cofogram platform, including all software, designs, and algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws. Project submissions remain the property of their creators, subject to licenses granted to organizers. Each hackathon may have specific IP terms that participants must accept.

Prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of hackathon organizers. Cofogram is not responsible for prize fulfillment unless explicitly stated as the organizer. Tax obligations for prizes are the responsibility of winners.

Your use of Cofogram is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data to facilitate hackathon operations, enable team formation, and improve our services. Hackathon organizers may also collect participant data subject to their own privacy policies.

Cofogram provides the platform as-is and makes no guarantees about hackathon outcomes, prize awards, or participant experiences. We are not liable for disputes between participants, organizers, or teams, or for any damages arising from platform use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or harm the platform community. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
